Design of Simulation System for Automatic Loading Equipment of Facade Sheet Metal Based on RobotStudio and TIA Portal
Introduce a virtual simulation solution for a facade sheet metal automatic loading equipment based on RobotStudio and TIA Portal.Build a robot facade sheet metal automatic loading equipment workstation using ABB RobotStudio 6.08 software,create a virtual PLC system using TIA Portal S7-PLCSIM V16,and then connect the robot workstation with the virtual PLC system using Snap7 and Nettoplcsim to achieve control,monitoring,and alarm functions for the automatic loading device.Evaluate the performance and accuracy of the system through simulation testing of various operations,optimize and improve the design.This paper is of great significance for improving the efficiency and quality of automated processing of facade sheet metal.
