With the rapid development of the automotive industry,consumers' demand for car varieties and personalization is increasing,which requires automakers to improve the flexibility and adaptability of their production lines.The flexible layout of the welding production line,as a key link in the automotive manufacturing process,is particularly important.By analyzing the significance of flexible layout of the welding production line,this paper discusses the key technologies and implementation strategies of flexible layout,and finally verifies the effect of flexible layout through a practical case.
