Automatic Honey Separation Device Based on Siemens PLC and Weinview Touch Screen
In order to solve the problems of manual honey separation device relying on human labor,uneven speed,and low automation level of electric honey machines,this paper upgrades the mechanical structure of common honey separation device on the market and develops an automatic honey separation device based on Siemens PLC and Weinview touch screen.In terms of mechanical structure,the device is divided into three layers:The upper layer is the shaking layer,the middle layer is the filtering layer,and the lower layer is the honey storage layer.The hardware circuit adopts Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC as the main central processing unit,and uses Weinview MT8102iP touch screen to achieve human-computer interaction.The PLC software program is mainly divided into two parts:Manual control module and automatic control module.The touch screen interface mainly includes the control interface and the formula input interface.In manual mode,honey can be shaken according to the set parameters such as time and speed.In automatic mode,honey can be shaken based on the entered recipe information.Through experiments on the prototype,the results show that this device is convenient to use,the human-machine interface simplifies operation,and can improve the quality and production efficiency of honey.It is of great significance for improving the honey production process and enhancing product quality.
