Design of Wind Power Machinery Automation Control System Based on PLC Technology
This paper designs an automated control system for wind power machinery based on PLC technology,aiming to achieve efficient and stable operation of wind turbine groups.Firstly,the paper analyzes the requirements of the automated control system for wind power machinery and expounds the necessity of PLC technology.On this basis,a control system architecture for wind power machinery automation based on redundant PLC is proposed,and a multi-mode control strategy based on the state machine is designed to achieve optimal control of wind turbine groups under various working conditions.In addition,an intelligent fault diagnosis method based on neural networks has been developed to achieve fault early warning for wind power machinery.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the control system have been verified through simulation and engineering application.
