Research on Carbon Emission Calculation and Energy-Saving and Emission-Reduction Measures for Substations
To actively address the global climate change issue caused by carbon emissions and facilitate China's early achievement of the"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"goals, the green transformation of the power industry is of utmost urgency.Taking the State Grid's Universal Design Substation Scheme(110-A2-6)as an example, this paper analyzes the calculation methods for carbon emissions in substations and explores the carbon emissions of different structural types.Subsequently,it conducts an energy consumption analysis of key equipment in substation operations, such as transformers, lighting, and ventilation systems, and proposes a series of energy-saving and emission-reduction measures for substations based on this analysis. The research results indicate that under the same conditions,steel-structured buildings exhibit better performance in terms of carbon emissions, with relatively lower carbon emissions. The power loss of transformers is the primary source of carbon emissions during the operation of substation equipment.By utilizing natural ester transformers, clean air insulated GIS,and photovoltaic systems, the carbon emissions of substations can be reduced, achieving the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
