便携式无创血糖检测腕表系统的设计与开发

检测人体血糖浓度的方法按是否会给人体带来创伤主要分为有创、微创和无创检测这3种.有创血糖检测和微创血糖检测需要扎破手指,由于糖尿病患者需要长期频繁地测量血糖值,这样会损伤手指的皮肤,造成伤口感染,另外,在没有检测设备时,病人每次都需要去医院测量血糖值,十分麻烦.为此,设计与开发了便携式无创血糖检测腕表系统.首先是无创血糖检测系统的硬件设计,包括心电信号采集模块、系统电路模型、手表的结构与堆叠设计;然后是无创血糖检测系统的软件设计,包括FreeRTOS设计、系统任务设计;最后是无创血糖检测系统的算法研究,利用YOLO测量血糖值.经验证,所设计的便携式无创血糖检测系统的测出结果置信度为0.89,达到了一个可信的范围.
Design and Development of Portable Non-Invasive Blood Glucose Detection Wristwatch System
Methods of testing blood glucose concentration in humans are categorized into 3 main types:Invasive,minimally invasive,and non-invasive testing according to whether they are traumatic to the body or not.Invasive blood glucose detection and minimally invasive blood glucose detection need to prick the finger.Because diabetes patients need to measure blood glucose value frequently for a long time,this will damage the skin of the finger and cause wound infection.In addition,when there is no detection equipment,patients need to go to the hospital every time to measure blood glucose value,which is very troublesome.For this purpose,a portable non-invasive blood glucose monitoring wristwatch system has been designed and developed.Firstly,the hardware design of the non-invasive blood glucose detection system includes the ECG signal acquisition module,system circuit model,and the structure and stacking design of the watch.Next is the software design of the non-invasive blood glucose detection system,including FreeRTOS design and system task design.Finally,the algorithm research for non-invasive blood glucose detection system,using YOLO to measure blood glucose levels.After verification,the confidence level of the measurement results of the designed portable non-invasive blood glucose detection system is 0.89,which is within a reliable range.
