摘要

针对火电机组热控系统故障率高、工作负荷大等问题,设计了现场故障自动检测系统.引入匹配滤波与集成DSP,集成了数据采集、特征提取、故障检测算法等功能;采用程序加载控制法,将故障检测指令加载至DSP集成处理芯片,完成了现场故障的自动化检测.经测试,该系统具有良好的扩展性,对火电机组热控现场故障检出准确率高,可降低因人为因素导致的误判风险,为火电机组的安全稳定运行提供了有力保障.

Abstract

A field fault automatic detection system was designed to address the problems of high failure rate and high workload in thermal control systems of thermal power units.Matching filtering and integrated DSP were introduced,and functions such as data acquisition,feature extraction,and fault detection algorithms were integrated.The program loading control method was used to load fault detection instructions onto the DSP integrated processing chip,completing the automatic detection of field faults.After testing,it has been shown that the system has good scalability,high accuracy in detecting faults on thermal control sites of thermal power units,and can reduce the risk of misjudgment caused by human factors,providing strong guarantees for the safe and stable operation of thermal power units.
