摘要

在滑环箱运行过程中,滑环与碳刷发生摩擦易导致碳刷的磨损,影响滑环箱正常运行,从而引发电气事故.介绍了滑环箱工作机制和常见红外诊断方法,探讨了高温区检测算法的可行性,并利用红外温度数据提出了基于高温区检测的滑环箱故障诊断算法.通过检测区域内部的高温区,并采用高温区平均温升以及相邻高温区平均温度差进行故障诊断,实现滑环箱故障的及时发现并安排检修.经现场验证,该方案可有效识别具有高温现象的滑环箱故障.

Abstract

During the operation of the slip ring box,the friction between the slip ring and the carbon brushes will easily lead to the wear and tear of the carbon brushes,which will affect the normal operation of the slip ring box,and thus cause electrical accidents.The working mechanism and common infrared diagnostic methods of the slip ring box are introduced,and the feasibility of the high temperature area detection algorithm is discussed.Using infrared temperature data,a slip ring box fault diagnosis algorithm based on high temperature area detection is proposed,which realizes the timely discovery of slip ring box faults and arranges for overhauling by detecting high temperature zones inside the area and using the average temperature rise of high temperature areas as well as the average temperature difference of adjacent high temperature zones to carry out fault diagnosis.After on-site verification,the program can effectively identify slipring box faults with hightemperature phenomena.
