Research on Technical Improvement of MIPREGGC600C Governor System in Hydroelectric Power Plants
In order to explore the optimization direction of the MIPREGGC600C governor system in hydropower plants,this paper combines the technical characteristics of the system,extracts the operating indicators of the hydropower plant governor based on cutting-edge econometric models,and conducts experimental analysis on relevant speed control data,ultimately obtaining initial data.Then,conduct a thorough analysis of the correlation between technological improvements in the governor system of hydropower plants,and further determine the degree of impact of system data on the governor system of hydropower plants.The results show that through technological improvements to the speed control system,the deviation value of no-load operation speed is maintained within the range of±0.5%~1%.The average annual reduction in electricity consumption of hydropower plants is about 1.36 million kWh,with an equivalent speed regulation coefficient of 65.51%.The average annual energy consumption can be reduced by about 126 000 kWh,and the energy-saving and cooling effects are significant.
