PCC自寻优技术在气力输灰系统中的应用研究

虽然气力输送系统是一种清洁环保的运输系统,但压缩气体的能耗较高且输送易受物料料性和工况变化的影响,导致系统能耗较高、稳定性较差.为在保证系统运行稳定的同时节能降耗,采用料性法设计气力输送系统,根据物料的气力输送特性(PCC),利用智能控制技术对系统进行适时调整,使系统能够自动寻找最佳的运行状态点,从而使得系统既能稳定运行,又具有最优的节能效果.
Application Research of PCC Self-Optimization Technology in Pneumatic Ash Conveying System
Although pneumatic conveying system is a clean and environmentally friendly transportation system,due to the high energy consumption of compressed gas and the susceptibility of conveying to changes in material properties and working conditions,the system has high energy consumption and poor stability.In order to ensure the stability of system operation and save energy and reduce consumption,the study proposes to use the material property method to design the pneumatic conveying system.Based on the pneumatic conveying characteristics(PCC)of materials,intelligent control technology is used to adjust the system in a timely manner,so that the system can automatically find the best operating state point,achieving both stable operation and the best energy-saving effect.
