摘要

针对高速生产状态下,细支中空滤棒拉毛缺陷率高,导致设备不稳定、生产效率低的问题,以KDF-M(NWT)机型为研究对象,对其生产的细支中空滤棒缺陷率高的原因进行分析.通过对芯棒重新优化设计,降低中空滤棒拉毛缺陷率,提升KDF-M(NWT)设备运行效率和质量水平.结果表明,其改进效果明显.

Abstract

In response to the high defect rate of fine hollow filter rods in high-speed production,which leads to equipment instability and low production efficiency,this study analyzes the reasons for the high defect rate of fine hollow filter rods produced by the KDF-M(NWT)model.By re optimizing the core rod design,the defect rate of hollow filter rod pulling is reduced,and the operating efficiency and quality level of KDF-M(NWT)equipment are improved.The results indicate that its improvement effect is significant.
