与传统石墨消解或电加热板消解相比,微波消解具有消解速度快、消解效率高、消解能耗低、损失样品低、全程自动化等优点,已被广泛应用于化学分析领域,如食品、环境、生物、石油、冶金等.微波消解仪是在微波消解技术的基础上研发出来的,但微波消解仪炉腔内的微波分布往往不均匀,这造成了微波加热不均匀,进而导致样品回收率一致性不高.基于此,提出了一种提高微波消解仪加热均匀性的方法,通过自适应调整转盘转速和双磁控管各自输出功率,有效提高了微波加热均匀性,解决了因微波加热不均匀而导致的消解罐爆罐、仪器报警、回收率不一致等问题.
Methods for Improving the Heating Uniformity of Microwave Digestion Equipment
Compared with traditional graphite digestion or electric heating plate digestion,microwave digestion has the advantages of fast digestion speed,high digestion efficiency,low digestion energy consumption,low sample loss,and full automation.It has been widely used in the field of chemical analysis,such as food,environment,biology,petroleum,metallurgy,etc.The microwave digestion instrument is developed based on microwave digestion technology,but the microwave distribution inside the oven of the microwave digestion instrument is often uneven,which results in uneven microwave heating and low consistency of sample recovery rate.Based on this,a method is proposed to improve the heating uniformity of microwave digestion equipment.By adaptively adjusting the rotation speed of the turntable and the output power of the dual magnetrons,the uniformity of microwave heating is effectively improved,and problems such as melting of the digestion tank,instrument alarm,and inconsistent recovery rate caused by uneven microwave heating are solved.
