Design and Application of Comprehensive Automation Monitoring System for Coal Mines
A comprehensive automation monitoring system for coal mines has been designed and implemented,aiming to effectively monitor the production process of coal mines and improve production safety.In the system architecture design,a dual layer structure of information layer and control layer was adopted,and automated control and real-time monitoring of production equipment were achieved through iFIX 3.5 workstation and ControlNet ring network.OPC protocol and SQL Server database were used to ensure the efficiency and reliability of data collection,storage,and processing.In terms of hardware design,the ring network platform adopts Gigabit Ethernet technology,supports multiple transmission media and dual power redundancy design,ensuring high bandwidth,low latency,and high reliability of the system.Through system design,comprehensive monitoring and intelligent management of the coal mine production process have been achieved,significantly improving production efficiency and safety
