传统高速公路绿化大多采用人工灌溉、喷灌、滴灌等方式,存在费时、费水、初期投资较大,以及具有一定安全隐患等不利因素.为实现精准灌溉控制、安全用水、远程监控和管理,设计了一种高速公路绿化灌溉智能控制方式,通过PLC采集高速公路绿化区域土壤湿度、环境温度、水井液位等传感器的数据,采用模糊控制算法自动调节水泵运行时间;同时,结合物联网技术的应用,在手机和远端工作站对绿化区域现场设备进行远程控制和数据监视.结果表明,该系统能根据不确定的环境数据变化实时调整灌溉用水时间和远程监控运行状况,可节约用水、减轻管理人员工作强度、提高工作效率.
Design of Intelligent Irrigation Control System for Highway Based on Fuzzy Algorithm and Internet of Things
The traditional highway greening mostly adopts manual irrigation,sprinkler irrigation,drip irrigation,etc.,which has many disadvantages such as time-consuming,water-consuming,large initial investment and certain safety hazards.In order to realize precise irrigation control,safe water use,remote monitoring and management,this paper designs a highway greening irrigation intelligent control method,through the PLC to collect the highway greening area soil humidity,ambient temperature,well level and other sensors,using fuzzy control algorithms,automatic adjustment of the pump running time.At the same time,with the application of the Internet of Things,the equipment in the greening area site can be remotely controlled and monitored by mobile phone and remote workstation.The results show that the system can adjust the irrigation water time in real time and monitor the operation condition remotely according to the uncertain environmental data changes,which realizes water conservation,reduces the work intensity of management personnel and improves the work efficiency.
