一种改进的通风式气候舱控制系统设计

人造板及其制品释放的甲醛会严重危害人类健康,通风式恒温恒湿气候舱是气候舱法检测甲醛释放量的主要设备之一.传统基于PLC的固定参数PID控制器不能很好地应对设备外部环境扰动对舱内温湿度的影响,因此,基于PLC设计可变参数的通风式气候舱温湿度自动控制系统来保障气候舱的稳定运行.实验表明,该设计控制系统,通过寻优的控制器参数设定,温度和相对湿度的运行精度可控制在±0.1℃和±0.5%,能快速达到设定目标,实现稳定运行.
Design of Improved Control System of Ventilated Climate Chamber
The formaldehyde released from artificial boards and their products can seriously harm human health.A ventilated constant temperature and humidity climate chamber is one of the main equipment for detecting formaldehyde emissions using the climate chamber method.The traditional fixed parameter PID controller based on PLC cannot effectively cope with the impact of external environmental disturbances on the temperature and humidity inside the cabin.Therefore,a ventilation based climate chamber temperature and humidity automatic control system with variable parameters is designed based on PLC to ensure the stable operation of the climate chamber.Experiments show that the designed control system,through the optimization of the controller parameter settings,the operating accuracy of temperature and relative humidity is controlled at±0.1℃ and±0.5%,which can quickly reach the set target and achieve stable operation.
