为了改善卷烟的质量偏差指标,减少卷烟机剔除的超轻、超重废品烟数量,降低废品消耗,同时避免因卷烟质量偏差过大导致卷烟吸阻、通风率等质量指标不合格,结合理论研究与实际生产数据,找出了影响卷烟质量的最主要因素和参数,并制订了一套专门用于ZJ118型卷烟机质量调整的标准化方法.经生产数据采集验证,按所述方法调整的卷烟机设备,卷烟质量稳定性显著提高.研究发现,卷烟质量与烟支目标质量、校准斜率、烟支长度、压实端位置、回丝率、剔除准确率等参数高度相关,调整以上参数能够有效减小卷烟质量的偏差.
Research on Key Technologies for Cigarette Weight Deviation Control of ZJ118 Cigarette Machine
In order to improve the weight deviation index of cigarettes,reduce the number of ultra-light and overweight waste cigarettes rejected by cigarette machines,reduce waste consumption,and avoid unqualified weight indicators such as cigarette suction resistance and ventilation rate caused by excessive weight deviation of cigarettes,the most important factors and parameters affecting cigarette weight were identified by combining theoretical research with actual production data,and a set of standardized methods specifically for weight adjustment of ZJ118 cigarette machines was developed.Verified by the collection of production data,the cigarette machine equipment adjusted according to the method described in this paper has significantly improved the stability of cigarette weight.The study found that cigarette weight is highly correlated with parameters such as cigarette target weight,calibration slope,cigarette length,compaction end position,rethreading rate,and rejection accuracy,and adjusting the above parameters can effectively reduce the deviation of cigarette weight.
