Design and Implementation of Mechatronics Integration Digital Intelligent Control System Based on Digital Modeling
In the current field of industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing,mechatronics integration technology plays a core role,among which the application of digital modeling technology is particularly crucial.Digital modeling involves creating precise computer models to simulate the behavior of physical systems,and is an important means to improve the accuracy and efficiency of electromechanical system design.This paper is based on digital modeling technology and provides a detailed study of the design and implementation process of a digital intelligent control system for mechatronics integration.From system requirements analysis to the construction of control system architecture,to the development of digital intelligent control algorithms and the application of digital modeling methods,it comprehensively covers the design,implementation,and testing stages of the system.This paper aims to demonstrate how to optimize the performance of mechatronics systems through advanced digital modeling techniques,as well as how to achieve intelligence and automation of these systems.
