With the continuous increase of the service life of transmission lines,broken strand problems are prone to occur in transmission lines,which will not only affect the normal operation of the entire power system,but also bring harm to the lives and work of surrounding residents.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt a scientific and reasonable way to identify the broken strand problem of transmission lines.Based on this,a design scheme of automatic identification software for transmission line strand breakage is introduced.The software consists of three parts,namely STM32 software program,LabVIEW host computer program and strand breakage intelligent identification algorithm.These three parts work together to realize the identification operation of transmission line broken strand.Through the simulation experiments show that the software can accurately determine the specific location of transmission line broken strand,and can be promoted and applied in the field of modern power.
