10 kV变电站电力设备运行状态信息数据规模大且离散,易影响健康状态监测精度.为此,提出基于物联网10 kV变电站电力设备健康状态自动监测方法.该方法利用物联网技术实时采集设备健康状态数据,引入决策函数处理离散数据,采用数据挖掘算法辨识特征参量,并结合故障率和运行趋势求取性能指标.通过构建健康工况状态矩阵,确定设备健康状态指数,实现自动监测.实验证明,该方法监测精度高,能准确反映电力设备的健康状态.
Automatic Monitoring Method for the Health Status of Power Equipment in 10 kV Substations Based on Internet of Things
The operation status information data of 10 kV substation power equipment is large and discrete,which can easily affect the accuracy of health status monitoring.Therefore,an automatic monitoring method for the health status of power equipment in 10 kV substations based on the internet of things is proposed.This method utilizes IoT technology to collect real-time data on device health status,introduces decision functions to process discrete data,uses data mining algorithms to identify feature parameters,and combines failure rates and operating trends to obtain performance indicators.By constructing a health condition status matrix,the equipment health status index is determined to achieve automatic monitoring.Experimental results have shown that this method has high monitoring accuracy and can accurately reflect the health status of power equipment.
