摘要
在钢铁生产过程中,改善厂区环境、确保烟尘超低排放达到国家和地方的环保标准及岗位粉尘标准、提高厂区环境质量以及提高生产效率均尤为重要.针对新钢第二炼钢厂二次除尘风机的节能改造需求,对第二炼钢厂转炉二次除尘系统进行达标改造.由于高压变频器具有可靠性高、运行相对稳定、适应性强、高效节能等优点,通过对除尘风机中变频器的改造,可改善除尘效果.通过钢铁现状工艺介绍了高压变频器的改造方案,阐述了变频调试原理以及变频控制方式,并分析了变频系统的优点和保护作用,比较了变频器应用在炼钢厂除尘系统的节能效益.
Abstract
In the process of steel production,improving the factory environment,ensuring ultra-low emissions of smoke and dust meet national and local environmental standards and job dust standards,improving the environmental quality of the factory area,and increasing production efficiency are all particularly important.In response to the energy-saving renovation requirements of the secondary dust removal fan in the Second Steelmaking Plant of New Steel,the secondary dust removal system of the converter in the Second Steelmaking Plant has been retrofitted to meet the standards.Due to the advantages of high reliability,relatively stable operation,strong adaptability,and high efficiency and energy saving of high-voltage frequency converters,the dust removal effect can be improved by modifying the frequency converter in the dust removal fan.This paper introduces the renovation plan of high-voltage frequency converters through the current process of steel production,elaborates on the principle of frequency conversion debugging and frequency conversion control methods,analyzes the advantages and protective effects of frequency conversion systems,and compares the energy-saving benefits of frequency converters applied in dust removal systems in steel plants.
