Mechanical Performance Analysis and Optimization of Drive Sprocket for Mining SGB420/17 Scraper Conveyor
In order to further explore the possible optimization path of the drive sprocket of scraper conveyor,this paper takes the drive sprocket of mine scraper conveyor SGB420/17 as the research object,and conducts research through modeling and simulation analysis method.In this research mode,kinetic analysis method is used to determine the stress change of the drive sprocket of this type scraper conveyor,and on this basis,the four structural parameters of the drive sprocket,such as short tooth thickness,root arc radius,tooth arc radius and chain socket arc radius are optimized through orthogonal test.The results show that the optimized parameter combination effectively improves the operating stability of the drive sprocket,which indicates that the preliminary progress has been made in this research and can provide reference for the subsequent research.
