基于移动采矿设备和固态激光雷达的矿山高效精确制图方法研究

针对矿山环境数据采样困难、测绘效率低、精度低等问题,采用遥控移动采矿设备、固态激光雷达以及惯性传感器作为硬件系统,构建了高效的矿山测绘系统,提出了基于体素网格的固体激光雷达点云处理方法,以有效提取平面特征并分割地面点云.通过改进的点平面匹配方法,提高了匹配效率,获得了更精确的匹配结果.在滑动窗口优化中加入地面点云作为约束,解决了绘制过程中垂直误差大的问题.
Research on Efficient and Accurate Mapping Method for Mines Based on Mobile Mining Equipment and Solid-State LiDAR
Aiming at the problems of difficult sampling,low mapping efficiency and low accuracy of mining environment data,an efficient mine mapping system is constructed by using remote mobile mining equipment,solid-state LiDAR and inertial sensors as the hardware system,and a solid-state LiDAR point cloud processing method based on voxel grids is proposed to efficiently extract the planar features and segment the ground point cloud.By improving the point plane matching method,the matching efficiency has been increased and more accurate matching results have been obtained.Adding ground point clouds as constraints in sliding window optimization solves the problem of large vertical errors during the drawing process.
