Numerical Study of Interaction Between Plasma and High-Frequency Electromagnetic Wave
In order to better simulate the transport model of the vehicle in the plasma sheath during the reentry process, the Gaussian model is used to simulate the multilayer electron density.By using the field equation of the electromagnetic wave in any dielectric layer in the multilayer medium and the boundary conditions of the electromagnetic field, the reflection, transmission and attenuation values under the condition of non-uniform plasma are obtained. The reflection T,transmission R and attenuation Att characteristics of high-frequency electromagnetic wave propagating in non-magnetized and non-uniform plasma sheath were analyzed by numerical simulation with varying collision frequency, maximum electron density and incident Angle.Increasing the incident wave frequency to THz wave band can reduce the attenuation loss and break the"black barrier"to a certain extent.
