矿井提升机盘式制动器紧急制动性能分析与优化

为进一步探究煤矿矿井提升设备中盘式制动器在紧急制动工况下的性能特点,以某型煤矿矿井提升机中的无轴型盘式制动器为研究对象,通过有限元分析方法,探究了制动器在不同压力、初速度和摩擦系数下的紧急制动性能,确定原有结构在制动性能上存在一定不足.对此,进一步应用模拟退火算法对制动器的闸瓦参数和制动盘参数进行优化.结果显示,优化后制动器的制动正压力有所增大,制动时间进一步缩短,证明了该研究的有效性.
Analysis and Optimization of Emergency Braking Performance of Disc Brake of Mine Hoist
In order to further explore the performance characteristics of disc brake in coal mine lifting equipment under emergency braking conditions,the shafless disc brake in a certain type of coal mine hoist was taken as the research object,and the emergency braking performance of the brake under different pressure,initial speed and friction coefficient was investigated by finite element analysis method.In view of this,the simulated annealing algorithm is further applied to optimize brake shoe parameters and brake disc parameters.The results show that the optimized brake can increase the positive brake pressure and further reduce the braking time,which proves the validity of this study.
