摘要

在多品种小批量生产模式下,由于产品种类多、批量小,生产过程变得更加复杂,设备利用效率也较低.针对上述问题,提出基于数据孪生的多品种小批量产品产线动态调度方法.利用数据孪生技术,通过实时数据交互和虚拟仿真,构建一个动态优化的产线调度框架,以优化生产资源配置,最小化最大完工时间.通过建立多品种小批量产品产线调度模型,实时评估设备利用率和扰动事件影响,灵活调整调度方案,并引入精英选择机制提升优化程度,以实现产线的最佳动态调度.结果表明,设计方法能够实时响应生产需求的变化,充分利用设备资源,提高生产效率和响应速度.

Abstract

Under the multi-variety and small-batch production mode,due to the large variety and small batch size of products,the production process becomes more complex and the equipment utilization efficiency is also lower.In response to the above problems,a dynamic scheduling method for multi-variety and small-batch product production lines based on data twin is proposed.Using data twinning technology,through real-time data interaction and virtual simulation,a dynamic optimization production line scheduling framework is constructed to optimize the allocation of production resources and minimize the maximum completion time.By establishing a production line scheduling model for multi-variety and small-batch products,real-time evaluation of equipment utilization and the impact of disturbance events,flexible adjustment of scheduling schemes,and the introduction of an elite selection mechanism to improve the degree of optimization,the best dynamic scheduling of the production line is achieved.The results show that the design method can respond to changes in production requirements in real time,make full use of equipment resources,and improve production efficiency and response speed.
