Design and Implementation of a Data Visualization Interface for MES Systems
Most enterprises in our country have completed the mechanization stage,but intelligence is still in its infancy.To achieve real-time and accurate control of information for enterprises and achieve high standards of production and manufacturing operation,the use of manufacturing execution system(MES)can better organize and constrain data.Combined with data visualization technology,data can be transformed into visual graphics and displayed intuitively.Intended to utilize visualization technology to achieve data visualization on a web platform,providing services for the data collected by MES systems.This will effectively eliminate information silos,solve cross departmental collaborative work problems,maximize workshop equipment efficiency,and minimize production costs,which is also in line with the trend of enterprise digital transformation.
