Research on Intelligent Picking Technology for Appearance Quality of Cigarette Filter Rod End Based on Machine Vision
Machine vision is a technology that utilizes computers and related equipment to detect,track,and measure objects based on human visual principles through image capture devices,and further processes information to achieve recognition,monitoring,and measurement functions.In the production process of cigarettes,the appearance quality of the filter rod end directly affects the overall quality of the final product and the user experience.Therefore,developing an intelligent picking technology based on machine vision to improve the screening efficiency and accuracy of the appearance quality of filter rod ends is an important step in improving cigarette quality and production efficiency.This paper analyzes the inspection requirements for the appearance quality of cigarette filter rod ends,constructs an intelligent picking system based on machine vision,elaborates on system configuration and optimization strategies,designs corresponding appearance inspection and intelligent picking functions,and verifies the effectiveness and practicality of the technology through system testing.
