三相直流电机恒速恒扭矩控制装置的设计与实现

为了满足牙齿种植手术设备对电机转速以及扭矩控制的需求,确保在手术过程中遇到不同的阻力电机都能恒速转动,提出一种三相直流电机恒速恒扭矩控制设计方案.该方案通过STM32嵌入式处理器控制MOS电路桥驱动三相直流电机的U、V、W精准换相,通过电流采样电路反馈电机的扭矩数据,通过不完全微分PID和FOC算法对电机进行速度调节,通过触摸屏提供可视化操作界面.结果表明,该套控制装置操作方便,扭矩和转速控制精准,避免在手术过程中因阻力的变化导致电机转速波动而影响手术效果.
Design and Implementation of Constant Speed and Torque Control Device for Three-Phase DC Motors
In order to meet the requirements of motor speed and torque control for dental implant surgery equipment,and ensure that the motor can rotate at a constant speed when encountering different resistances during the surgery,a three-phase DC motor constant speed and torque control design scheme is proposed.This scheme uses the STM32 embedded processor to control the MOS circuit bridge to drive the precise commutation of U,V,and W of the three-phase DC motor.The torque data of the motor is fed back through the current sampling circuit,using incomplete differential PID and FOC algorithms to adjust the speed of the motor,and a visual operation interface is provided through the touch screen.The results show that the control device is easy to operate,with precise torque and speed control,avoiding fluctuations in motor speed caused by changes in resistance during surgery,which can affect the surgical effect.
