摘要
换热器是热能传递的重要设备,其制造过程中的自动化水平直接关系生产效率与产品质量.着重研究异型换热器连续流自动化流水线的设计、实现与应用,旨在提高异型换热器的生产效率,降低制造成本,并保障产品质量的稳定性.
Abstract
As an important equipment for heat transfer,the automation level of the manufacturing process of heat exchangers is directly related to production efficiency and product quality.This paper focuses on the design,implementation,and application of continuous flow automated assembly lines for irregular heat exchangers,aiming to improve the production efficiency of irregular heat exchangers,reduce manufacturing costs,and ensure the stability of product quality.
