摘要

主要介绍了在一次高炉控制系统升级改造中因控制系统部分升级而造成的通信不兼容问题,通过TCSEGDB23F24FA网络通信和代理组件的使用完成Modbus TCP/IP与Modbus Plus通信组成的冗余通信,同时提出了冗余通信使用中心跳检测、通信测试方式等问题的解决方案.新的控制系统投用后,冗余通信运行情况良好,自动切换功能正常使用.

Abstract

This paper mainly introduces a communication incompatibility problem caused by partial upgrade of the control system in a blast furnace control system upgrade and retrofitting project,and provides a solution to resolve the problem by using TCSEGDB23F24FA network communication and agent components to realize redundant communication composed of Modbus TCP/IP and Modbus Plus communication.It also introduces the issues of heartbeat detection and communication test methods in the use of redundant communication.After the new control system was put into operation,the redundant communication ran smoothly,and the automatic switching function was used normally.
