Structural Design of the Automatic Pin-Piercing Sealing System for Ammunition
A targeted automatic pin-piercing sealing device has been designed to address the issues of low-production efficiency and mainly manual operation in sealing ammunition boxes using pin-piercing methods.Use slide rails and servos to complete pin hole positioning,pin-piercing,and pin locking operations.By analyzing the basic operational steps,the entire process of pin-piercing is divided into four stages,and the functions of each stage are organically connected,ultimately achieving automated threading of ammunition boxes.This paper mainly analyzes the mechanical mechanism design part of the special aircraft.After digital modeling and simulation of its model,the results show that the mechanical mechanism can fully achieve the pin-piercing function of the ammunition box.
