Automatic Detection Technology for Thermal Power Device in Thermal Power Plants
Thermal power generation occupies a dominant position in China's power supply,and in order to ensure the safe and economic operation of power plants,it is urgent to develop intelligent equipment monitoring technology.A multi-level and all-round automatic detection system has been designed to meet the practical needs of thermal power equipment in thermal power plants.The system integrates advanced sensors,edge computing,cloud services and other technologies,and can monitor and diagnose key equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in real time.The system has been verified through simulation experiments to accurately capture the temperature,vibration and other state parameters of the equipment,providing strong support for the reliable operation and maintenance of thermal power generation units.
