摘要

随着风力发电在全球能源体系中地位的提升,风力发电机的故障检测和诊断技术变得尤为重要.基于振动信号处理方法,设计了一套针对风力发电机常见故障的检测系统,旨在提高设备的可靠性,降低运维成本.系统架构包括数据采集、信号预处理、特征提取与选择、故障诊断与预警等模块,通过实验验证了系统的高效性和准确性.结果表明,该系统能快速、准确地识别不同程度的故障,为风电设备的健康管理提供了重要支持.

Abstract

With the increasing importance of wind power generation in the global energy system,fault detection and diagnosis technology for wind turbines has become particularly important.A detection system for common faults in wind turbines has been designed based on vibration signal processing methods,aiming to improve equipment reliability and reduce operation and maintenance costs.The system architecture includes modules such as data acquisition,signal preprocessing,feature extraction and selection,fault diagnosis and warning,etc.The efficiency and accuracy of the system have been verified through experiments.The results indicate that the system can quickly and accurately identify faults of different degrees,providing important support for the health management of wind power equipment.
