Exploration of Optimal Configuration of Distribution Network Automation Terminals Considering Observability
The observability of distribution networks is closely related to the level of automation. This paper proposes a mathematical optimization model that takes into account observability to optimize the configuration of distribution network automation terminals. This model comprehensively considers multiple factors such as the selection of automation terminal types, optimization of installation locations, and the balance between observability and investment costs. The Distflow trend equation and second-order cone relaxation technique are used to transform the original problem, and a mixed integer quadratic programming model is established. The optimization configuration solution process for automation terminals is designed, and the effectiveness of the proposed model and method is verified through simulation analysis. The results indicate that reasonable configuration of automation terminals can significantly reduce the investment cost of distribution network automation while ensuring a high level of observability, providing useful reference for the construction of distribution automation.
