摘要

火力发电厂脱硫除灰系统超净排放改造面临能耗大、成本高等问题.为解决该问题,研究了一系列节能降耗关键技术.在脱硫系统方面,提出了优化脱硫剂配比等关键技术;在除尘系统方面,提出了优化除灰工艺参数等关键技术.工程案例分析表明,所提节能降耗技术可显著降低发电厂超净排放改造的能耗,具有良好的节能减排和经济效益.

Abstract

The ultra clean emission transformation of desulfurization and ash removal system in thermal power plants faces problems such as high energy consumption and high cost.To solve this problem,a series of key energy-saving and consumption reducing technologies have been systematically studied.In terms of desulfurization systems,key technologies such as optimizing the proportion of desulfurizers have been proposed.In terms of dust removal system,key technologies such as optimizing ash removal process parameters have been proposed.The engineering case analysis shows that the proposed energy-saving and consumption reducing technology can significantly reduce the energy consumption of power plant ultra clean emission transformation,and has good energy-saving,emission reduction and economic benefits.
