水轮发电机刚性支承式推力瓦的受力测量与调整

刚性支承结构是水轮发电机推力轴承中一种应用较为广泛的结构,这种支承结构无法实现各推力瓦受力的自动调节,需要人工进行测量与调整.旨在研究刚性支承式推力瓦受力的测量及调整方法,以提高推力轴承安装、检修效率.利用制动风闸将机组转动部分顶起、落下模拟推力瓦不受力、受力的状态,并通过百分表等工具测量2个状态下抗重螺栓测量杆的位移差,即可测出推力瓦受力的模拟量.根据所有推力瓦的受力数据,通过计算,旋转托盘下的抗重螺栓,即可带动推力瓦顶起或降下,实现对受力的调整.应用该方法可准确测出推力瓦的受力数据,并高效地将受力调整至标准范围内.
Force Measurement and Adjustment of Rigid Support Thrust Tile for Hydro-Generator
Rigid support structure is a widely used structure in hydro generator thrust bearing,this kind of support structure can not realise the automatic adjustment of the force of each thrust tile,and needs to be measured and adjusted manually.The purpose of this paper is to study the measurement and adjustment method of rigidly supported thrust tile force,in order to improve the efficiency of thrust tile installation and maintenance.The simulation of thrust tile force can be measured by using the braking air brake to jack up and down the rotating part of the unit to simulate the state of thrust tile without force and with force,and by measuring the displacement difference of the measuring rod of the weight-resisting bolt in the 2 states with the tools such as the percentage meter.According to the force data of all thrust tiles,through calculation,rotating the weight-resistant bolt under the pallet,it can drive the thrust tile up or down,and realise the adjustment of the force.With this method,the force data of the thrust tiles can be measured accurately and the force can be adjusted to the standard range efficiently.
