摘要

为改善输电线路鸟害治理效果,深入分析了一起500 kV输电线路鸟害跳闸故障.从故障区段环境情况、故障录波图、鸟害特征和跳闸设备本身缺陷等多方面进行综合分析,结合故障区段可视化装置抓拍画面以及现场无人机巡视情况,推断该跳闸故障为东方白鹳排泄引起的跳闸.同时,分析该故障跳闸的放电通道,并推演了东方白鹳排泄引起跳闸的过程.在全面分析该线路鸟害治理所存在问题的基础上,提出了相应的防治措施.

Abstract

In order to improve the effectiveness of bird damage control on transmission lines,an in-depth analysis was conducted on a 500 kV transmission line bird damage tripping fault. Based on comprehensive analysis of the environmental conditions of the fault section,fault waveform,bird damage characteristics,and defects of the tripping equipment itself,combined with the captured images of the fault section visualization device and the on-site drone inspection,it is inferred that the tripping fault was caused by the discharge of the Oriental White Stork. At the same time,the discharge channel of the fault tripping was analyzed,and the process of tripping caused by the excretion of the Oriental White Stork was deduced. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in bird damage control on the line,corresponding prevention and control measures have been proposed.
