摘要

旨在探讨基于预防性维护的35 kV及以下电缆线路故障对策,提升电缆系统的可靠性和延长使用寿命.研究内容包括分析电缆故障原因、测试电缆在不同环境条件下的绝缘性能以及制定合理的敷设方案和附件选择规范.通过对机械损伤、绝缘受潮、绝缘老化等故障原因的详细分析和实验数据的验证,明确了电缆故障的主要成因及其防治措施.结果表明,预防性维护策略显著提高了电缆系统的稳定性.

Abstract

This study aims to explore preventive maintenance based solutions for faults in 35 kV and below cable lines,in order to improve the reliability and service life of cable systems. The research content includes analyzing the causes of cable faults,testing on the insulation performance of cables under different environmental conditions,and developing reasonable laying plans and accessory selection specifications. Through detailed analysis of the causes of faults such as mechanical damage,insulation moisture,and insulation aging,and verification of experimental data,the main causes of cable faults and their prevention and control measures have been clarified. The research results indicate that preventive maintenance strategies significantly improve the stability of cable systems.
