Design of Remote Intelligent Infrared Monitoring and Alarm System for Primary Power Equipment
A remote intelligent monitoring and alarm system based on infrared thermal imaging technology has been designed to address the safety hazards of primary power equipment being easily affected by environmental factors and experiencing malfunctions. The system deploys infrared thermal imagers, visible light cameras, and weather sensors to collect real-time device operation data, and efficiently transmits it using wireless routers and 4G/5G networks. At the data processing layer, the system adopts a combination of deep learning and transfer learning to establish a temperature fault mapping model, achieving intelligent evaluation of equipment status and fault warning. The experimental results show that the system can accurately identify typical faults of equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, and lightning arresters, with an average detection rate of 95.2% and a false alarm rate of less than 1%,providing an effective means to ensure the safe operation of the power system.
