PMSM Sensorless Control Based on High-Frequency Square Wave Injection
In order to solve the problem that the back electromotive force of permanent magnet synchronous(PMSM) motor is small and the rotor information is not easy to identify,a sensorless control method of PMSM is proposed. First, the high-frequency square wave voltage signal is injected into the synchronous rotation coordinate system of the motor estimation, and then the high-frequency current component and fundamental frequency currentcomponent are extracted by simple arithmetic transport. Finally, the output high-frequency current component is properly processed by a phase-locked loop observer to obtain accurate rotor speed and position signals. The results show that this control method has good position observation and speed tracking performance at low speed.
