为在降低断路器试验人员成本投入的同时加强断路器跳合闸回路的监测,深化对试验装置的研究极为必要,为此,提出基于DSP的多功能断路器可靠性试验装置研制.结合断路器可靠性试验阶段对多源数据进行综合分析的客观需求,采用数字信号处理芯片——F28335 DSP芯片作为装置的核心,利用其对试验阶段的数字信号进行集成处理,并基于电源选择模块、断路器模式选择模块、功能选择模块、液晶显示模块、三相不一致试验模块、防跳试验模块、跳合闸电阻测量模块,完成了多功能断路器可靠性试验装置的整体构架.经实验证明,设计的多功能断路器可靠性试验装置可以自动对不同类型的断路器完成三相不一致及防跳试验,同时能实现对断路器的跳合闸回路电阻的监测,极大提高了检修人员的工作效率.
Development of Multifunctional Circuit Breaker Reliability Testing Device Based on DSP
In order to reduce the personnel cost of circuit breaker testing and strengthen the monitoring of circuit breaker tripping and closing circuits,it is extremely necessary to deepen the research on the testing device. Therefore,a multifunctional circuit breaker reliability testing device based on DSP is proposed. Based on the objective demand for comprehensive analysis of multi-source data during the reliability testing stage of circuit breakers,the F28335 DSP chip,a digital signal processing chip,is adopted as the core of the device. It is used to integrate and process the digital signals during the testing stage. Based on the power selection module,circuit breaker mode selection module,function selection module,LCD display module,three-phase inconsistency testing module,anti-jump testing module,and tripping and closing resistance measurement module,the overall structure of the multifunctional circuit breaker reliability testing device is completed. Through experiments,it has been proven that the designed multifunctional circuit breaker reliability testing device can automatically perform three-phase inconsistency and anti jump tests on different types of circuit breakers,while monitoring the resistance of the circuit breaker's tripping and closing circuit,greatly improving the work efficiency of maintenance personnel.
