600 MW机组电泵变频逻辑实现及节能分析

为实现机组节能降耗,府谷电厂对2号机组2台电泵进行变频改造,由勺管调节改为变频调节,结合变频器与电泵转速对应关系,找出给水主控与变频器调节指令函数关系,以更好地进行给水控制.通过机组启动及变负荷运行,变频器控制平稳,给水控制稳定,汽包水位变化满足要求,经计算表明,节能效果明显,达到预期目标.
Frequency Conversion Logic Implementation and Energy-Saving Analysis of 600 MW Unit Electric Pump
In order to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction of the unit,Fugu Power Plant carried out frequency conversion transformation on two electric pumps of Unit 2,changing from spoon tube regulation to frequency conversion regulation. Combining the correspondence between the frequency converter and the speed of the electric pump,the relationship between the feedwater main control and the frequency converter regulation command function was found to better control the feedwater. Through the start-up and variable load operation of the unit,the frequency converter control was stable,the feedwater control was stable,and the steam drum water level change met the requirements. Calculations showed that the energy-saving effect was significant and the expected goal was achieved.
