新型电力系统背景下配电网的智能化规划与管理研究

在新型电力系统背景下,探索配电网的智能化规划与管理方案.以某市配电网改造项目为例,实施了智能设备的安装与调试、数据采集与监控系统的部署、通信网络的建设以及数据分析与决策支持系统的开发与应用等一系列智能化改造措施.结果显示,改造后每月停电次数从5次降至0.8次,每次停电时间从2 h缩短25 min以内,用户投诉率从18%降至4.5%,电压偏差控制在±1.5%,数据传输延时缩短至10 ms以内,负荷预测精度达95%,能效提升8%.因此,本次配电网智能化改造项目通过智能设备和系统的应用,显著提高了配电网的稳定性、供电质量和用户满意度,达到了预期的改造目标.
Research on Intelligent Planning and Management of Distribution Networks Under the Background of New Power Systems
In the context of a new power system,this paper explores intelligent planning and management solutions for distribution networks. Taking a distribution network renovation project in a certain city as an example,a series of intelligent renovation measures were implemented,including the installation and debugging of intelligent equipment,deployment of data acquisition and monitoring systems,construction of communication networks,and development and application of data analysis and decision support systems. The results showed that after the renovation,the number of power outages per month decreased from 5 to 0.8,the duration of each power outage decreased from 2 hours to less than 25 minutes,the user complaint rate decreased from 18% to 4.5%,the voltage deviation was controlled within±1.5%,the data transmission delay was reduced to less than 10 ms,the load forecasting accuracy reached 95%,and the energy efficiency improved by 8%. Therefore,the intelligent transformation project of the distribution network has significantly improved the stability,power supply quality,and user satisfaction of the distribution network through the application of intelligent devices and systems,achieving the expected transformation goals.
