摘要

为进一步提高全自动采制一体化系统的运行效率与质量,基于当前全自动采样与制样系统结构及运行工艺,分析其存在的各类问题,并提供针对性解决方案,优化现有系统中的装置参数,配置新设备,提高采样效率,保证数据精度.结果显示,优化后的系统表现出高精度、低偏移度的特征,且样品的质量误差在可接受范围内,数据偏移度均低于0.2%,精密度保持在99.7%以上,验证此优化方法的有效性.

Abstract

In order to further improve the operation efficiency and quality of the fully automatic mining and manufacturing integrated system,this paper is based on the structure and operation process of the current fully automatic sampling and sampling system,analyses its various problems,and provides targeted solutions to optimize the parameters of the devices in the existing system,and configure the new equipment to improve the sampling efficiency and ensure the accuracy of the data. The results show that the optimised system exhibits high accuracy and low offset characteristics,and the weighing error of the sample weight is within the acceptable range,the data offset is lower than 0.2%,and the precision is kept above 99.7%,which verifies the effectiveness of the optimised method.
