摘要

针对安全级DCS风扇温度控制的工作原理、测试方法、设计方案及其优缺点进行分析探讨.对2个温度采集值取加权平均值计算的设计方法开展故障注入测试,并根据测试过程中发现的2个风险问题,提出3种优化方案:只设计1个温度传感器;设计2个温度传感器,取2个采集值的平均值,故障的传感器温度采集值无效;设计2个温度传感器,默认取第1个采集值,仅当第1个温度传感器故障时,取第2个采集值.经对比分析,建议采用2个温度传感器,并多方面考虑传感器的故障诊断,旨在为安全级DCS风扇温度控制设计提供参考.

Abstract

This paper analyzes and discusses the working principle,testing method,design scheme,and advantages and disadvantages of temperature control for safety-grade DCS fans. Conduct fault injection testing on the design method of calculating the weighted average of two temperature collected values,and propose three optimization solutions based on the two risk issues identified during the testing process. firstly,design only one temperature sensor. Secondly,design two temperature sensors and take the average of the two collected values. The temperature collected by the faulty sensor is invalid. Thirdly,design two temperature sensors,default to the first collected value,and only take the second collected value when the first temperature sensor fails. After comparative analysis,it is recommended to use two temperature sensors and consider sensor fault diagnosis from multiple perspectives,aiming to provide reference for the design of temperature control for safety-grade DCS fans.
