蒸汽发生器水位自耦PI控制算法优化

针对非线性时变且无自平衡能力的蒸汽发生器水位系统,建立了宽范围动态仿真模型,研究自耦PID控制速度因子优化策略,基于偏差大小及变化规律开发了2种速度因子自适应模型.数字仿真结果表明,优化后的自耦PI控制性能指标优于常规PI控制,该优化策略对其他类型的自耦PID控制具有一定的借鉴参考价值.
Optimization of Auto-Coupling PI Control Algorithm for Steam Generator Water Level
A wide range dynamic simulation model was established for the steam generator water level system with nonlinear time-varying and no self balancing ability. The optimization strategy for the speed factor of the auto-coupling PID control was studied,and two adaptive speed factor models were developed based on the deviation size and change law. The digital simulation results showed that the optimized auto-coupling PI control performance index was better than conventional PI control,the optimization strategy has certain reference value for other types of auto-coupling PID control.
