摘要

针对煤矿覆岩裂隙带瓦斯抽采的技术难题,提出了一种基于长钻孔的自动抽采系统.该系统集成了钻孔布置优化、智能抽采设备、实时监测预警和数据处理分析等功能模块,实现了瓦斯抽采过程的自动化和智能化.通过在某高瓦斯矿井的现场实证,证明该系统能有效提高瓦斯抽采速率和效率,其中30天累计抽采瓦斯230.02万m3,抽采效率达85.9%,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益.

Abstract

A long borehole based automatic gas extraction system is proposed to address the technical challenges of gas extraction in coal mine overburden fracture zones. The system integrates functional modules such as drilling layout optimization,intelligent extraction equipment,real-time monitoring and warning,and data processing analysis,achieving automation and intelligence of the gas extraction process. Through on-site verification in a high gas mine,it has been proven that the system can effectively improve the gas extraction rate and efficiency,with a cumulative gas extraction of 2.3002 million m3 in 30 days and an extraction efficiency of 85.9%. It has significant social and economic benefits.
