Analysis of DCS Domestication Renovation Plan for 660 MW Coal-Fired Unit in Certain Power Plant
This paper mainly focuses on the domestic substitution of DCS control system for 660 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired power generation units in thermal power plants. By implementing the plan to upgrade the original Beijing Hitachi HIACS-5000M system to a domestically developed "NuCON" control system with completely independent intellectual property rights,independently developed by Guohe Ziyi System Engineering Co.,Ltd.,the localization of components and products has been fully achieved. This move not only fully leverages the advantages of professional institutions' technology and intensive procurement,but also ensures the safety of the supply chain for thermal power units. The transformation results indicate that the domestically produced NuCON control system can meet the safety and controllability requirements of power plants,and has a positive significance in ensuring national energy security.
