Research on the Application of Intelligent Inspection Robots in Nonferrous Metal Mines
Traditional manual inspections are affected by various factors,the inspection quality is not high,and causing inconvenience to the safety production of mining enterprises. The application of intelligent inspection robots will replace manual inspection,achieving intelligent inspection,real-time monitoring,fault diagnosis and warning,effectively improving inspection efficiency and safety. This paper introduces the application of intelligent inspection robots in the belt transportation system of our unit,realizing automatic inspection of inclined shaft belt conveyors,replacing manual inspection during belt transportation,which not only protects personnel safety but also improves work efficiency. As the first application case of non-ferrous metal mines,it has great promotional significance in the mining industry.
