煤矿液压支架后顶梁的静力学分析与结构改进

基于优化设计方法和有限元方法对ZCC8800/20/38型液压支架的后顶梁进行了静力学分析和结构优化改进.结果表明,后顶梁存在明显的应力集中现象,安全系数只有1.22,低于机械行业标准,必须进行优化改进.选择9个关键结构参数作为优化对象,利用ANSYS软件进行结构改进,使得后顶梁的最大应力降低了19.06%,安全系数达标.将优化后的后顶梁结构部署到液压支架工程实践中,在为期半年的实践测试中发现其效果非常好,设备运行稳定性得以提升,故障率大幅降低.此次结构优化改进能够为企业创造良好的经济效益.
Static Analysis and Structural Improvement of Rear Top Beam of Coal Mine Hydraulic Support
Based on the optimization design method and finite element method,the static analysis and structural optimization improvement of the rear top beam of ZCC8800/20/38 hydraulic support were carried out. The results indicate that there is a significant stress concentration phenomenon in the rear top beam,with a safety factor of only 1.22,which is lower than the mechanical industry standard. It is necessary to optimize and improve it. Selecting 9 key structural parameters as optimization objects and using ANSYS software for structural improvement,the maximum stress of the rear top beam was reduced by 19.06%,and the safety factor met the standard. The optimized rear top beam structure was deployed in hydraulic support engineering practice,and during the six-month practical testing,it was found that the effect was very good,the stability of equipment operation was improved,and the failure rate was significantly reduced. This structural optimization and improvement can create good economic benefits for the enterprise.
